RETURNS POLICY FOR PHRENZ & SIP TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any or all items in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 working days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:
You must inform us of your intention to return or report damaged goods to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject heading “Order Return”. Please include your Order ID and or Invoice number in this email and clearly state your reasons for returning the goods to us. If you wish to return only part of the order then please also clearly state which items you wish to return.
You must wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return and may ask for photographs in case of breakages. We will provide you with a Returns Form with a unique Returns Number when we have completed this process with you. You must complete and sign this Returns Form and include it with the package you return to us.
You must return the goods to us by a registered/recorded delivery service (which requires a signature by the recipient) with suitable carriage insurance for the total value of the goods to one of the following addresses:

We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail or an accredited carrier with appropriate insurance cover.
You must return the goods unused.
All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging so that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.
PLEASE NOTE. If you return an order that is not damaged, you may be liable for a restocking charge of upto 15% of the item/items value which will be deducted from any refund payment in accordance with our Refund policy.
Free of charge replacements will not be issued without faulty goods first having been returned and inspected by SIP/Phrenz for possible repair under warranty. However, a chargable replacement can be issued by SIP/Phrenz where the distributor accepts liability for such a replacement. Chargable replacements are only an option if the item was purchased within 30 days. Anything over 30 days is solely down to the discretion of Phrenz and SIP.
Generally it is uneconomical to repair a product where the list value is less than £120 nett, If this applies we will advise you accordingly. Please note that a product inspection charge of £17.00 + vat (per item) will be made regardless of fault and whether or not approval to repair is given.
Carriage costs both to and from the distributor or SIP will be charged.
Please note, Any item found / deemed to have been implemented / used incorrectly or beyond the scope and specification recommended by the manufacturer will be void of warranty and subject to any costs sustained by Phrenz and/or SIP.
Any offers of free replacement parts and products made by Phrenz or its employees, will be immediately withdrawn in cases where a fraudulent claim has been made or attempted.
